How long does it take before I receive my order?
It usually takes 1–2 working days to process your order, depending on the workload. After that, your product will be shipped and you can expect to receive it within about 2 to 6 working days

Can I return my order?
We allow a return period of 30 days during which the customer can send back the package without giving a reason. This 30-day period starts from the moment the package is received. Note: the return shipment must take place within 30 days.

Which payment methods does DeWoonVallei accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Card, Shop Pay, American Express, and Google Pay. All payments are made in Euro (EUR).
I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email contains your order number (at least 5 digits), an overview of your order, and the delivery address. It may happen that the confirmation email accidentally ends up in your junk mail or spam folder. Please take the time to check these folders in your email account to see if the confirmation is there.
If you have checked your spam folder, waited a while, and reviewed your email address but still have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service. Provide them with your order details, including your full name and order number, and they will help you confirm the status of your order and resend the confirmation email if necessary.
